




| Henriette Moller Henriette has 10 years of work experience within Procurement and HR management of Global Companies. Before NotaBene she had the experience of working at the United Nations in New York as part of the Danish Mission to the UN. Prior to the work a t the UN she was Mid Tier Supplier Manager at G4S an International Security company, and was responsible of development and managing projects across the company. Henriette has worked several years as HR Manager at Scandinavian Airlines and was responsible for HR projects and processes. Her key qualifications are Coaching, Human Resource, Project Management Process Development and Supply Chain Management,
Henriette holds an Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. (HD Supply Chain Management) and made her Master Thesis in Process Management. She is also a Business Coach. Henriette lives in Denmark with husband and 2 children. She is fluent in Danish, Dutch, English and Conversant in Spanish, Swedish and Norwegian.
David Young Well versed in the nuances of cross cultural communication and highly skilled in facilitating cross cultural teams, David has lived and worked across the globe in North America, Europe, and Asia. He brings to NotaBene over 15 years of international sales and marketing, planning, and development training experience. David started his career with the InterContinental Hotels Group, a Fortune 500 company, where he managed a portfolio of international clients, and internally developed managers through communications training workshops. Prior to NotaBene, David co-launched two companies: an internet venture in China, and a niche-logistics firm in the United States. At both organizations David was responsible for the comprehensive training and development of all management and staff.
David holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and a BA in Communications from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. David is fluent in English and Italian, and is conversant in Mandarin. When not at NotaBene’s Asia offices, David pursues his quest for scratch golf and to play every golf course in China. David moved to Shanghai in 2008 with his Italian wife and son.
Michelle P. Tonnesen Michelle is an experienced management consultant specialised in successful management of organisational change projects and communication in international businesses. She has comprehensive experience with design and facilitation of workshops, presentations and training from her time with Capgemini, PA Consulting Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Copenhagen and London. Before becoming a management consultant she spent several years working with sales and marketing at major financial services companies. She has worked with a wide range of FTSE 100 clients mainly in the private sector, including the energy, transport, pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries, and has operated effortlessly across Europe, Asia and the Americas thanks to her intercultural background. She holds a M.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School majoring in Intercultural Management and Communication. She is fluent in English and Danish and conversant in French and German.
John V.W. Buie John Buie is a practitioner and thought leader in sensemaking, decision science and personal and business effectiveness and efficiency. Mr. Buie is a counselor, coach and consultant with 30 years experience as a growth-oriented manager, a thought-leading consultant and a change agent driving the adoption of new ideas and approaches to solving business, management and personal problems. John has longstanding and abiding interests in human rights, complexity science, holistic healthcare and spirituality. 1) Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa for SuccessFactors, Inc., (Copenhagen, Denmark), the leading provider of on-demand people performance software solutions (which recently went public), where he founded the business unit and took it from zero to 200% growth and to an eight-figure revenue run-rate in under three years. 2) Executive Vice President, Sales, Channels and Alliances for Synygy, Inc., (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), an enterprise incentive management services provider, where he returned dramatic growth in customer acquisition (400%) to this “Inc. 500 Hall of Fame” company which had stagnated in the technology downturn. 3) Vice President, Business Intelligence Solutions, Oracle Corporation (Redwood Shores, California), where he was a key member of the team which grew Oracle's Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing product line to a $250 million business. At Oracle, John was an industry pioneer in the creation of the corporate Sales Readiness function, building a team of dedicated education, marketing and business method specialists with a mission to empower continuously improving sales efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to embarking on a sales and performance management career, John was a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (now IBM Business Consulting Services) and was a U.S. Army personnel officer in Vicenza, Italy and in Washington, DC. Mr. Buie is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communications Studies.
John Stone John brings over 20 years in, sales, marketing, consulting and executive management with CrossTech Partners, PA Consulting Group, Viant , AT&T and IBM. He works internationally with global 1000, emerging companies and member organizations to enhance sales/service effectiveness, improve business and IT operations, and develop new media strategies. At PA Consulting, John was a global leader in delivering advanced education programs with both internal consultants and client teams. He began his career at IBM where he was a top-performing sales executive and marketing manager. At Viant, John ran global sales focused on advanced digital business solutions. John founded www.goodasitgets.com - a web 2.0 “long tail” social media rating and ranking web site (launching in July 2009). Heattended the University of Vermont and the Brooks School as well as a range of advanced corporate executive programs at Wharton and the Harvard Business School. He serves on the board member of the Greensboro Association (Vermont) and as a Partner with the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium. John lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
