Less than 4 weeks of notice - 50% of workshop fees are to be charged

Less than 2 weeks of notice - 75% of workshop fees are to be charged

1 week or less of notice - 100% of workshop fees are to be charged

Cancellation fees for flights/accommodation are to be covered at full cost at all times.
